Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G

The Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G is a standard fixed focal lens suitable for APSC and FF format cameras produced since 2011. Focusing is automatic and takes place via an ultrasonic AF motor which can be easily disengaged using the appropriate selector located on the lens body, there is no image stabilization. The shooting angle is just under 50 degrees and the minimum focusing distance is 45 centimetres. The lens hood is supplied, weight and size are very small giving the lens practicality and balance. The images taken by this lens are sharp and with faithful colors, the bokeh effect is pleasant and not too aggressive. Sharpness is high already at maximum aperture, distortions or aberrations are practically absent. The AF motor is fast, precise and silent making focusing a strong point of this lens.
