I acknowledge that responsibility for the borrowed products transfers to me upon receipt, and I accept full responsibility for their handling, including any third-party use.
I declare, under my full responsibility, that by receiving the products I accept the terms set forth in this agreement.
I understand that I will be held liable for the actual costs of repair and/or replacement of any equipment lost, stolen, or damaged for any reason during the loan period.

Dichiaro sotto la mia completa responsabilità che, nel momento in cui i prodotti mi sono inviati ho accettato le regole dettate da questo accordo.
Sono consapevole che sarò ritenuto responsabile per l’effettivo costo di riparazione e/o sostituzione dell’attrezzatura che durante il periodo di prestito si sia persa, sia stata rubata, danneggiata per una qualsiasi causa.
