You can send us your gear free of charge by choosing the option that works best for you: drop it off at one of more than 10,000 BRT Fermopoints, taking the parcel to your nearest participating location without having to wait for a courier, or arrange collection from your home or workplace with an insured BRT courier, who will come directly to you, collect the parcel and keep it protected throughout transit.
Completing the transaction
As soon as your gear arrives at the store, our technicians will inspect it and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are selling your gear directly, you will receive payment on the same day by bank transfer or, if you prefer, as an RCE voucher.
If you are trading in your gear and there is a balance to pay, you will receive an email with the payment instructions, followed by a second email containing the shipment tracking number.
If the balance is in your favour, you will receive an email with a copy of the bank transfer receipt, followed by another email containing the shipment tracking number.
If the trade-in is of equal value, you will receive an email directly with the tracking number for the purchased item.
