7artisans 85mm f/1.8 AF
The 7Artisans 85mm f/1.8 AF is a used lens guaranteed by RCE Foto, designed for those looking for a portrait classic on a used mirrorless without sacrificing quality and reliability. A third-party Sony-compatible lens, it combines solid construction with refined finishes and a pleasing rendering, highly sought after by portrait photographers. An excellent choice of photographic equipment for those who want clean subject separation and smooth blur with the typical character of fast 85mm lenses.
With a 85mm focal length, bright f/1.8 aperture and smooth AF, the 7Artisans delivers good sharpness and creamy bokeh, often appreciated for its natural color rendering. The Sony E mount with full frame coverage ensures electronic communication with the camera (aperture and EXIF data), integrating with the in-body stabilization of Sony bodies. The metal build inspires confidence, with a precise focus ring and an overall solid feel.
Ideal for portraits, events, ceremonies and available-light shooting, it also works well for video where the shallow depth of field enhances the subject. On APS-C it offers tighter framing useful for close-ups and details. A recommended choice for professionals and advanced enthusiasts who want a reliable 85mm on Sony systems: the RCE Foto guaranteed used offer adds thorough inspection and long-term peace of mind when buying.
