Sigma 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM C
The Sigma 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM C is a Superzoom lens that has been produced by the Japanese company Sigma for about five years. By virtue of its recent introduction on the market, this is one of the most technologically advanced options, in particular in its structural characteristics. Thanks to its compatibility with many of the Canon, Nikon, Pentax and Sony series and at a price that remains quite low, this product is one of the most interesting alternatives for those looking for a Superzoom.
The Sigma 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM C can be expressed on a large focal excursion and an already incorporated image stabilization mechanism, which is always effective and very silent. The Ring-Um-type AF engine, i.e. ultrasound, guarantees reactive and always reliable performance: it is an aspect to be taken into consideration if you want to use the product in a professional guise. The sharpness and the excellent rendering of the contrasts, which distinguish all Sigma lenses, become particularly evident with the 18-300 mm, which proves extremely versatile. These characteristics make a product with an excellent audience feedback, which will tend to replace many of the lenses already in use. Among the less positive notes, it can be said that a structure that guarantees solidity and robustness is opposed to a weight that is certainly relevant and can become a inconvenient factor when you face very long shooting.
Ideal for: the Sigma 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM C boasts excellent features, which make it a perfect superzoom for expert photographers who deal with sports and events.
