The Nikon AF-S-200-400mm f/4 g ED VR is the most versatile telephoto lens because it is equipped with excellent optical design that integrates and perfection the second generation Nikon system, vibration returnion.
The image reproduced through the use of Nikon AF-S 200-400 mm f/4 g ED VR are extremely clear even if taken in very low light conditions.
The modern and sophisticated technology, of which it is equipped, uses the Nano Crystal covering, perfected with the intention of reducing in an excellent way, if not canceled totally, the effects of ghost images or every unwanted reflection of parasitic light.
Autofocus is quick and very silent.
The structure of the telephoto lens is in magnesium and is robust and resistant to any climatic condition, to which it is subjected, during the photographic shots.
These characteristics make it suitable to be used by all those professionals who are used to carrying out shots in every situation, even the most impervious and extreme ones.
The diaphragm of the super lens with f/4mm zoom covers the entire focal excursion.
The length of the focus is versatile and reaches up to 200-400 mm (which in the DX format is equivalent to 300-600 mm).
Three focus methods are available:
- Autofocus, MF priority, with manual transmission;
- m, manual focus;
- A/M, Autofocus with manual transmission and MF priority. It is able to prevent the accidental possible passage between manual focus and autofocus.
The clear results of each shot are also ensured by four low dispersion lenses.
A removable lampshade and also a soft case are supplied with this telephoto lens.
