The optical scheme of the canon EF 16-35 mm f/2.8 l USM II is made up of 16 elements in 12 groups within which there are 3 aspherical elements that tend to improve the quality of the image At the edges and two UD elements (Ultra Low Desverion) which contribute to eliminating chromatic aberrations while emphasizing the sharpness and contrast. Other features that make the canon EF 16-35 mm interesting interesting are tropicalization, internal zomme and the E.TTL 2 flash metering function, that is, the transmission on the focus distance to the system. The virtually circular form of the diaphragm (made with 7 lamellae) gives the image a soft, pleasant and uniform sensation of the blur.
