Like most Tokina products, the AT-X 11-20mm f/2.8 PRO DX wide-angle lens, in production since 2015, bases its focusing operation on an AF motor without ultrasound and without image stabilization. This product has versatility among its main characteristics: the Tokina AT-X 11-20mm f/2.8 PRO DX can in fact be used practically always, both for photographs of naturalistic landscapes and interiors with remarkable image quality. Let's get to the construction quality. the lens is made with materials that ensure considerable robustness even if this penalizes the product in terms of weight and handling; this is particularly important especially in cases where the camera is expected to be used for a prolonged period of time. Different story for the performance of this lens. Focusing is fast and effective at the same time but allows you to obtain images that border on perfection. The only flaw of this lens can be traced back to the loss of sharpness of the edges when the focal length of 11 millimeters is exceeded.
