Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH [11726]
The Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 Asph is a wide-angle lens suitable for FF and APSC camera and is produced since 2010. The focus is only manual and takes place through the fairly precise ring placed on the slow body, also it is not present stabilization of image. The minimum focus distance is 70 centimeters while the recovery angle is only 63.5 degrees which makes it a not very pushed wide angle suitable for various photographic genres. It is sold in a combo with the speaker. Weight and size are very small, these characteristics make it very practical and suitable for long use without getting annoyances. The images reproduced find a certain vignetting at full opening, distortions and chromatic aberrations, however much they may be present, do not affect the final quality of the photo. The lens is slightly delicate and sensitive to impact, also the cap does not make much taken and it is easy to lose it if you keep it upside down.
The Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 Asph is suitable for professional and amateur photographers looking for a wide angle lens with not very accentuated characteristics. The cost could be a deterrent in fact it is necessary to carefully evaluate before making the purchase. This is medium -high end and the investment could justify the expense in the event that the final characteristics coincide with what we are looking for.
