The Olympus M.ZUIKO Digital and 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro is a robust standard lens and resistant for 4/3 format, characterized by an innovative design designed to take photos of the highest quality, even in non-favorable conditions as a scarcity of light or distance from the subject. It is the first lens of the new M.ZUIKO category and includes 14 optical elements in 9 groups, which allow to draw maximum brightness 2.8 also thanks to the immediate focus thanks to the AF lens engine. At the same time, however, it is practical to transport and is suitable for any style and occasion, for example also to night photos or more blurred. The structure of the M.Zuiko Digital lens and 12-40mm f/2.8 pro is also resistant to frost, water and dust, a feature that allows you to go beyond your limits and take photos truly everywhere, portraying the beauty of what surrounds us. In addition, it is characterized by the special Manual Focus Clutch mechanism, which allows you to pass instantly to the manual autofocus, thus using it as a traditional lens. The various technologies of this lens allow the photographer to fully control the shot of the photos, also thanks to the silent autofocus, to ensure maximum accuracy in every single event. The M.Zuiko Digital lens and 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro is compatible with the Olympus Pen and OM-D cameras, in addition to the micro four third cameras.
