The Canon EF 2x II objective is a powerful teleconverter designed to increase the focal length of Canon EF series objectives without compromising the sharpness or image quality.

It features a 100% increase in focal length, the 2x image amplifier effectively doubles the focal length of the compatible lens. It is equipped with seven elements in five groups, for excellent image quality and little clutter. It also has electronic contacts for communication between the camera and the lens.
