Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM

The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM is the latest version of the f/2.8 lenses put on the market by this manufacturing company. Its structure makes it compatible with all Nikon, Sony, Canon and Sigma cameras. Only devices from the manufacturer Tamron are an exception. This is one of the most affordable 24-70mm f/2.8 lenses available on the market. At the same time it is characterized by an excellent quality/price ratio because it guarantees sharp images with good contrast. This model has a very wide focal length (24-70 mm), so it is truly versatile. For example, a focal length of 24 mm is the ideal solution for taking shots indoors, landscapes or in narrow places. In contrast, a focal length of 70 mm for portraits. The f/2.8 aperture, however, ensures a good rendering of details, also with regards to the background of the frames. This is especially true when shooting after dark or indoors. Another aspect that you need to keep in mind is that the sharpness of the image tends to worsen as the focal length is increased. Therefore the best results are obtained when you set this value to 24, 28 or 35 mm. However, distortions are less noticeable if you use an APS-C camera. Finally, please note that this Sigma device integrates a rounded 9-blade diaphragm. This is an element capable of increasing the quality of the image because it allows you to have a pleasant blur in the out-of-focus areas, thus increasing the final contrast.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art with a Pentax mount. RCE Bologna's customer service exceeded my expectations. Same-day shipping. Unfortunately, I had a small local issue with the delivery, but the store called me and quickly contacted the courier for a new delivery date. I haven't taken any shots with the lens yet, but the K3 III welcomed it. Overall, a great experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent as always, although unfortunately this time I had already sold the item I wanted to trade in RCE, but Marco Anzani was prompt and kind as always. There will be another opportunity soon; RCE is now a sure thing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a Panasonic Leica 15mm f/1.7 in excellent condition. Communication was prompt and friendly, shipping was very fast, and the equipment was in perfect condition. The price was reasonable, especially considering the warranty. RCE, as always, is a go-to for used photography!
