Yongnuo YN 35mm f/2

The Yongnuo YN 35mm f/2 is a wide-angle fixed focal lens produced since 2015, and suitable for APSC and FF format cameras. Focusing is automatic, it occurs via a non-ultrasonic AF motor, and there is also no image stabilization. This lens is very versatile as its shooting angle is not very high, it settles at only 63.5 degrees; the minimum focusing distance is 25 centimetres. The lens hood is available separately; weight and size are both very low, making use very comfortable and practical even for long sessions. The materials are of good quality, capable of making it resistant even if slightly plasticky. The images are not very sharp even fully closed, the edges are poor in almost all circumstances. Aberrations and distortions are manageable in PP, this is also due to the small width of the angle. The autofocus is not very effective, it is imprecise and noisy and in low light conditions it is unable to center the lens. The Yongnuo YN 35mm f/2 is a lens without too many pretensions, it is suitable for various photographic genres but is absolutely not suitable for professional use. It can be used as a secondary support or as a travel companion, thanks to its small size. The quality/price ratio is what makes it highly appreciated, it costs very little if purchased new; It is also possible to find it used, so you could get it at a reduced price.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent as always, although unfortunately this time I had already sold the item I wanted to trade in RCE, but Marco Anzani was prompt and kind as always. There will be another opportunity soon; RCE is now a sure thing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a Panasonic Leica 15mm f/1.7 in excellent condition. Communication was prompt and friendly, shipping was very fast, and the equipment was in perfect condition. The price was reasonable, especially considering the warranty. RCE, as always, is a go-to for used photography!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An experience I highly recommend. Everything went as expected. The items are in excellent condition, with no obvious signs of wear; they functioned flawlessly (Viltrox Z version lenses for Nikon bodies). The packaging was appropriate, and the shipment arrived within 48 hours.
