Excellent first experience with RCE Foto Lyon! The replacement of one of my lenses was very smooth and quick. Excellent communication. I recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Quick and efficient sale at the Lyon Vaise store. The two boys behind the counter were very professional and friendly.

Impeccable service. Very responsive. The transaction went extremely smoothly. Plus, they pay you cash on the spot.

I'm extremely happy with the transaction. I called the store before deciding to buy. Vincenzo, who I spoke to on the phone, gave me his time and attention to answer all my questions. The item I received perfectly matches the one pictured and described on the website. The package was perfectly prepared, and the camera body was well protected. Even though I hope I never have to use it, the 2-year warranty is a real bonus! And if the warranty service is as good as the sales service, I have no worries! I've finally found my go-to place for buying used photo equipment with complete peace of mind! I highly recommend them and will definitely order equipment from this store again without hesitation. 👍
