I purchased a Canon EOS 1D-X with 38,000 shots on it, and not only was the staff incredibly kind, but the packaging and product were fantastic! Practically like new, with all the accessories, and a very competitive price compared to the market average for used cameras. For shipping, I chose not to use the standard insured option, but rather the express insured option. The package was collected by the courier at 1:00 PM on November 5, and delivered at 2:30 PM on November 6, in perfect condition. Congratulations! RCE is a guarantee of professionalism and quality.

Very positive experience with RCE Foto Rovigo! Despite repeated problems with DHL deliveries, the shop demonstrated great professionalism, reliability, and customer service. They responded quickly to my concerns, took action to resolve the issue, and spontaneously refunded me €29 in shipping costs, with the payment credited almost immediately. Truly excellent customer service, which makes all the difference, especially when something doesn't go as expected. A heartfelt thank you to the entire RCE Rovigo team! Highly recommended.

I received a used item consisting of an EF 16-35 IS USLM lens. It's in impeccable condition, like new, as described. Mounted on the R5 Mark II, it works perfectly. I'll need to take some time to check out every aspect and its response under a variety of conditions. So far, I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

I recently purchased a Contax G2 from the Padua store. I've been a customer for years now, the absolute best in Italy. A special mention goes to Florjan; his passion for analog photography is contagious, and he's always very helpful and kind.

Product as described. No original box, but well packaged and delivered on time. I haven't used it yet except for two or three indoor photos, but judging from the tutorials, it has potential. I recommend this site for buying photo equipment, especially since there's a 3-year warranty.

I'm extremely happy with the transaction. I called the store before deciding to buy. Vincenzo, who I spoke to on the phone, gave me his time and attention to answer all my questions. The item I received perfectly matches the one pictured and described on the website. The package was perfectly prepared, and the camera body was well protected. Even though I hope I never have to use it, the 2-year warranty is a real bonus! And if the warranty service is as good as the sales service, I have no worries! I've finally found my go-to place for buying used photo equipment with complete peace of mind! I highly recommend them and will definitely order equipment from this store again without hesitation. 👍

I offered a hybrid camera and lens for sale. The price was higher than that of well-known competitors. Shipping was free and easy. The equipment was inspected upon receipt. The lens had a scratch I hadn't noticed and was rejected as expected. I was given the choice between immediate return of both items or payment for one and free return of the other, which was done immediately. In short, a perfect transaction according to the agreed-upon terms. I'm selling equipment that I'm no longer using properly. I took the liberty of asking the person I was dealing with for advice, and I must add that they very courteously and selflessly took the time to give me competent and valuable advice. If I have another transaction of this type, I will certainly use them again.
