6 stars!! And they deserve it, this shop is a gem! A truly Italian welcome: human, warm, and passionate. Even though it's a shop where you buy and sell, you feel guided by professionals who are passionate about photography. The shop is very well located, next to the Valmy metro station. And a special mention to Enzo for his incredibly sensitive photos! A real talent for shooting and printing.

Very satisfied with the transaction with RCE PHOTO LYON 9th. Excellent communication, quick responses. The procedure for sending back the equipment for collection is very straightforward. You receive a prepaid Colissimo label by email, which you simply print and affix to your package. On the day of collection, the equipment was checked, and payment was processed as soon as the bank details were received. Perfect, thank you.

Extremely satisfied: I purchased a used Sony A7 IV body online as a trade-in. It was described as "like new," and it truly is: flawless and without a scratch, with the original box, strap, and power supply. Super-fast shipping, which adds to the convenience and authenticity of the listings. Kudos to the Padua store!

I recently discovered RCE and I have to say I'm thrilled. I purchased from their Vicenza branch. They're professional and thorough in their customer service. They respond quickly to any questions. Insured shipping comes with precise instructions on how to handle damaged packages, even if it wasn't necessary. The package arrived ahead of schedule. The description "like new" is accurate and reliable. In short, the quality standards are extremely high. Highly recommended.

Excellent online sales and consulting service. Through a quick exchange of emails with their technicians, who advised me and offered a great price, I made a great purchase and am very satisfied. The camera is in excellent condition, better than I expected and than advertised. Furthermore, the packaging was excellent, tamper-proof. Highly recommended!

I sold a camera with a kit lens and a second lens. They were very prompt in responding to emails, and the option of dropping off the goods at a BRT-approved shipping center was very convenient. They offered a fair price quote and promptly processed the payment.
