Very fast shipping, I received it the day after I made the purchase, and the product was in the condition it was advertised on the website, true to the photos posted. I will buy here again because they are a sign of professionalism and quality and because second-hand products in good condition are a great economic option and with many years of life left. Thank you!

Excellent experience. After years, I was able to purchase a practically new Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VRII at a great price. Shipping was super fast and packaged well. The product is truly like new. A conscious and eco-sustainable choice; revitalizing new products should be a common practice. See you next time.

Excellent shop and easy to exchange/purchase. Perhaps integrating PayPal into payments would be advisable.

Not only was the service and communication fantastic, but the product itself is absolutely top-notch! I'm hard to impress, but this is truly exceptional – the camera is in perfect condition, the lens is superb, and the included accessories are simply brilliant. The packaging was perfect, and the delivery time was incredibly fast – simply amazing! Thank you so much, and I will gladly recommend you and will definitely shop with you again. This is what makes it so enjoyable!

From the moment you arrive, you're pleasantly surprised by the kindness and down-to-earth nature of the entire team. They're smiling, friendly, approachable, and above all, highly professional, knowing how to put you at ease without being pretentious. The equipment return process was remarkably smooth, simple, and efficient. Communication was pleasant, everything was clear, and you could tell you were dealing with serious people who love their work and have excellent interpersonal skills. It's exactly the kind of business we appreciate: a warm welcome, good humor, helpfulness, and genuine simplicity in human interaction. I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will gladly return to RCE Photo. Well done to the whole team!

Overall, an excellent purchase at a reasonable price. The Sony RX 10 M3 is in perfect condition, like new. The only drawback is the (non-original) battery that needs to be thrown away and some dust on the camera body. It deserves 5 stars because the item is truly like new and the delivery was fast.

When two people have a disagreement and, after clearing things up, find their way back together, there's nothing better than other situations where indifference reigns. This is how true, sincere friendships are born. Thank you, RCE Livorno

For my largest photography purchase so far, I had two options: buying online from abroad through a well-known website or purchasing from this store. The price difference was significantly in favor of buying online, but I'm confident I made the right choice by choosing RCE Lainate. There, I was able to try out the lens at my leisure, take several test photos, and immediately verify them on my computer, in addition to the two-year warranty provided. The value of the lens I traded in might also be considered lower than what I would have obtained by selling it personally, albeit with uncertain timing and terms; however, there's nothing better than arriving with a lens to trade in and returning home with a lens I've personally verified to be in perfect condition, true to the description provided. Excellent service like the one I received from RCE Lainate is definitely worth every penny.

A very positive experience with RCE Padova. I picked up a new OM-1 Mark II as a trade-in for my equipment, and despite a small initial hiccup, everything was handled with great courtesy and helpfulness. Professional service, clear communication, and customer service. Highly recommended. A special thanks to Alessandro. Ciao!

I've already purchased from RCE Foto in Milan, and I was very happy with the experience. I recently traded in at this store in Aprilia, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy with which I handled the photographic exchange. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks in particular to Daniele, who handled the transaction.

Excellent selection, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I negotiated online and then finalized the deal in-store, and I was very pleased with both the reviews and the product I purchased. The product description and quality met expectations. I'll be back.
