From the moment you arrive, you're pleasantly surprised by the kindness and down-to-earth nature of the entire team. They're smiling, friendly, approachable, and above all, highly professional, knowing how to put you at ease without being pretentious. The equipment return process was remarkably smooth, simple, and efficient. Communication was pleasant, everything was clear, and you could tell you were dealing with serious people who love their work and have excellent interpersonal skills. It's exactly the kind of business we appreciate: a warm welcome, good humor, helpfulness, and genuine simplicity in human interaction. I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will gladly return to RCE Photo. Well done to the whole team!

6 stars!! And they deserve it, this shop is a gem! A truly Italian welcome: human, warm, and passionate. Even though it's a shop where you buy and sell, you feel guided by professionals who are passionate about photography. The shop is very well located, next to the Valmy metro station. And a special mention to Enzo for his incredibly sensitive photos! A real talent for shooting and printing.

Very satisfied with the transaction with RCE PHOTO LYON 9th. Excellent communication, quick responses. The procedure for sending back the equipment for collection is very straightforward. You receive a prepaid Colissimo label by email, which you simply print and affix to your package. On the day of collection, the equipment was checked, and payment was processed as soon as the bank details were received. Perfect, thank you.
