Canon EOS 1000D

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic experience like every RCE purchase. I had never bought anything from the Bologna store before. But the availability and commitment to satisfy requests is always at its best. Thank you very much. See you next time.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art with a Pentax mount. RCE Bologna's customer service exceeded my expectations. Same-day shipping. Unfortunately, I had a small local issue with the delivery, but the store called me and quickly contacted the courier for a new delivery date. I haven't taken any shots with the lens yet, but the K3 III welcomed it. Overall, a great experience.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. The product I purchased was exactly as described, offering excellent value for money. I particularly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail, both during the purchasing process and in the handling of the order. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent as always, although unfortunately this time I had already sold the item I wanted to trade in RCE, but Marco Anzani was prompt and kind as always. There will be another opportunity soon; RCE is now a sure thing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a Panasonic Leica 15mm f/1.7 in excellent condition. Communication was prompt and friendly, shipping was very fast, and the equipment was in perfect condition. The price was reasonable, especially considering the warranty. RCE, as always, is a go-to for used photography!
