I recently purchased a super macro lens from RCE Foto. It was sold "as new," but it was essentially brand new. So, great price, impeccable, fast service, and constant updates on the status of my order. I received the lens, in perfect condition, the day after I placed my order! I expected good service; it even exceeded my expectations.

This is my first time using RCE Foto Lainare - Milan. The entire purchasing process was simple, from start to finish. The lens arrived quickly, very carefully packaged, and in perfect condition. It was labeled "near new," but judging by its appearance and function, it could easily have been new. I'm so pleased with the purchase that, in the future, I will turn to RCE first for all my photography needs.

I wouldn't have minded a small discount since I went to the store in person, avoiding shipping etc.... Anyway, the staff were very friendly.

I've been buying and exchanging photographic equipment from them for 6 years, always with great satisfaction. They're very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. Always kind, and the equipment I've bought from them has always been perfect. They give you a 2-year warranty, but despite buying so many from them, I've never used it. Going to them with a bag full of equipment to sell and leaving with new equipment is priceless, in my opinion; it's so convenient. They have excellent prices, even on new items. In short, since I discovered them, it's become my go-to shop, and I recommend it without hesitation. Walter Ferrari

I ordered a lens from them. It arrived just in time for the 6 Hours of Monza. Fantastic support and communication, I'm pretty sure I'll order more parts from them in the future. Thanks again, I'll spread the word to my fellow enthusiasts.

6 stars!! And they deserve it, this shop is a gem! A truly Italian welcome: human, warm, and passionate. Even though it's a shop where you buy and sell, you feel guided by professionals who are passionate about photography. The shop is very well located, next to the Valmy metro station. And a special mention to Enzo for his incredibly sensitive photos! A real talent for shooting and printing.

I've always been skeptical about online shopping, but my experience with RCE Vicenza has completely changed my mind. Courtesy, expertise, speed, and impeccable after-sales service: what can I say, I'm beyond satisfied—both as a buyer and as a seller. Benedetta is a huge added value: professional, helpful, empathetic, and with that kindness that makes everything even more enjoyable. Thank you, RCE Vicenza, a truly wonderful discovery.

They contacted me with an offer that I would describe as excellent. From the consultation to receiving the bank transfer, everything was perfect. If I ever need to buy or sell other products, I'll definitely know who to contact here at RCA VICENZA. Thank you for Alessia's kindness, who guided me every step of the way.

Very satisfied with the transaction with RCE PHOTO LYON 9th. Excellent communication, quick responses. The procedure for sending back the equipment for collection is very straightforward. You receive a prepaid Colissimo label by email, which you simply print and affix to your package. On the day of collection, the equipment was checked, and payment was processed as soon as the bank details were received. Perfect, thank you.

I've been using them exclusively for years now. Their expertise, extensive material, and Roberto and Sebastiano's honesty make this amateur photography shop the best in the upper Milan area. Rating from 1 to 10? Definitely an 11. 100% highly recommended. 👍🏻📸📹

Extremely satisfied: I purchased a used Sony A7 IV body online as a trade-in. It was described as "like new," and it truly is: flawless and without a scratch, with the original box, strap, and power supply. Super-fast shipping, which adds to the convenience and authenticity of the listings. Kudos to the Padua store!
