From the moment you arrive, you're pleasantly surprised by the kindness and down-to-earth nature of the entire team. They're smiling, friendly, approachable, and above all, highly professional, knowing how to put you at ease without being pretentious. The equipment return process was remarkably smooth, simple, and efficient. Communication was pleasant, everything was clear, and you could tell you were dealing with serious people who love their work and have excellent interpersonal skills. It's exactly the kind of business we appreciate: a warm welcome, good humor, helpfulness, and genuine simplicity in human interaction. I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will gladly return to RCE Photo. Well done to the whole team!

Overall, an excellent purchase at a reasonable price. The Sony RX 10 M3 is in perfect condition, like new. The only drawback is the (non-original) battery that needs to be thrown away and some dust on the camera body. It deserves 5 stars because the item is truly like new and the delivery was fast.

When two people have a disagreement and, after clearing things up, find their way back together, there's nothing better than other situations where indifference reigns. This is how true, sincere friendships are born. Thank you, RCE Livorno

For my largest photography purchase so far, I had two options: buying online from abroad through a well-known website or purchasing from this store. The price difference was significantly in favor of buying online, but I'm confident I made the right choice by choosing RCE Lainate. There, I was able to try out the lens at my leisure, take several test photos, and immediately verify them on my computer, in addition to the two-year warranty provided. The value of the lens I traded in might also be considered lower than what I would have obtained by selling it personally, albeit with uncertain timing and terms; however, there's nothing better than arriving with a lens to trade in and returning home with a lens I've personally verified to be in perfect condition, true to the description provided. Excellent service like the one I received from RCE Lainate is definitely worth every penny.

A very positive experience with RCE Padova. I picked up a new OM-1 Mark II as a trade-in for my equipment, and despite a small initial hiccup, everything was handled with great courtesy and helpfulness. Professional service, clear communication, and customer service. Highly recommended. A special thanks to Alessandro. Ciao!

I've already purchased from RCE Foto in Milan, and I was very happy with the experience. I recently traded in at this store in Aprilia, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy with which I handled the photographic exchange. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks in particular to Daniele, who handled the transaction.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality, professionalism, and a hassle-free trade-in! I traded in a Fujifilm lens with RCE Salerno and was truly satisfied, both with the product I received and with how the entire process was handled. The lens is of excellent quality and fully met my expectations. The offer for the trade-in equipment was equally positive: a fair and adequate valuation allowed me to complete the purchase with complete satisfaction. A special mention goes to the customer service, which was truly impeccable: their availability, courtesy, and clear communication made every step simple and pleasant. I also greatly appreciated the speed with which everything was handled, from the initial contact to the completion of the trade-in, without complications. It's a pleasure to find professionals who combine expertise and genuine customer care. I recommend RCE Salerno without hesitation and will gladly use them for future purchases. Thanks to the entire team! 👏

I was looking for a telephoto lens and found it in Vicenza. I live in Turin. I called to confirm it was still available and for more information. They were very kind. I made the payment, and it arrived via courier in 4-5 days. The package was well protected, the packaging was exceptional, and the lens looked new but was used. I paid almost half the price of a new one. Very happy and satisfied. Thank you.

I recently purchased a super macro lens from RCE Foto. It was sold "as new," but it was essentially brand new. So, great price, impeccable, fast service, and constant updates on the status of my order. I received the lens, in perfect condition, the day after I placed my order! I expected good service; it even exceeded my expectations.

This is my first time using RCE Foto Lainare - Milan. The entire purchasing process was simple, from start to finish. The lens arrived quickly, very carefully packaged, and in perfect condition. It was labeled "near new," but judging by its appearance and function, it could easily have been new. I'm so pleased with the purchase that, in the future, I will turn to RCE first for all my photography needs.
