Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First purchase from them, the lens described as "with normal signs of use". It arrived perfect, perfectly clean and packaged. The slight signs of use referred to some small marks on the tripod mount (minimal marks that I challenge anyone not to cause when first mounting a lens of this weight onto a tripod). Used for a full day, it worked perfectly. They answered the phone with kindness and professionalism. Buying from a private individual I might have been able to get a slightly lower price, but not with the two-year warranty!! If I ever need other material, I will definitely buy from them again! Excellent experience!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic experience like every RCE purchase. I had never bought anything from the Bologna store before. But the availability and commitment to satisfy requests is always at its best. Thank you very much. See you next time.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art with a Pentax mount. RCE Bologna's customer service exceeded my expectations. Same-day shipping. Unfortunately, I had a small local issue with the delivery, but the store called me and quickly contacted the courier for a new delivery date. I haven't taken any shots with the lens yet, but the K3 III welcomed it. Overall, a great experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a Canon EF-S 24mm lens from RCE Padova and was very satisfied with the experience. The product arrived exactly as described, in good condition, and met expectations. I really appreciated the professionalism, helpfulness, and care shown during the purchase process, as well as the care taken in managing my order. It's always a pleasure to buy from specialty stores where you can sense expertise and passion for photography. I will definitely keep RCE Padova as a reference for my future photography purchases. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a used lens through the RCE website. The item, sold as "as new," actually has some scratches that are not described (as found upon delivery to the RCE dealer in my city), therefore not reflecting the conditions described in the ad.
