A very positive experience with RCE Padova. I picked up a new OM-1 Mark II as a trade-in for my equipment, and despite a small initial hiccup, everything was handled with great courtesy and helpfulness. Professional service, clear communication, and customer service. Highly recommended. A special thanks to Alessandro. Ciao!

Andrea Panzani31 October 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality, professionalism, and a hassle-free trade-in! I traded in a Fujifilm lens with RCE Salerno and was truly satisfied, both with the product I received and with how the entire process was handled. The lens is of excellent quality and fully met my expectations. The offer for the trade-in equipment was equally positive: a fair and adequate valuation allowed me to complete the purchase with complete satisfaction. A special mention goes to the customer service, which was truly impeccable: their availability, courtesy, and clear communication made every step simple and pleasant. I also greatly appreciated the speed with which everything was handled, from the initial contact to the completion of the trade-in, without complications. It's a pleasure to find professionals who combine expertise and genuine customer care. I recommend RCE Salerno without hesitation and will gladly use them for future purchases. Thanks to the entire team! 👏

Katia Tolomeo30 October 2026I was looking for a telephoto lens and found it in Vicenza. I live in Turin. I called to confirm it was still available and for more information. They were very kind. I made the payment, and it arrived via courier in 4-5 days. The package was well protected, the packaging was exceptional, and the lens looked new but was used. I paid almost half the price of a new one. Very happy and satisfied. Thank you.

Daniele Ferrari30 October 2026I recently purchased a super macro lens from RCE Foto. It was sold "as new," but it was essentially brand new. So, great price, impeccable, fast service, and constant updates on the status of my order. I received the lens, in perfect condition, the day after I placed my order! I expected good service; it even exceeded my expectations.

Dave Roe29 October 2026This is my first time using RCE Foto Lainare - Milan. The entire purchasing process was simple, from start to finish. The lens arrived quickly, very carefully packaged, and in perfect condition. It was labeled "near new," but judging by its appearance and function, it could easily have been new. I'm so pleased with the purchase that, in the future, I will turn to RCE first for all my photography needs.

I wouldn't have minded a small discount since I went to the store in person, avoiding shipping etc.... Anyway, the staff were very friendly.

Walter Ferrari29 October 2026I've been buying and exchanging photographic equipment from them for 6 years, always with great satisfaction. They're very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. Always kind, and the equipment I've bought from them has always been perfect. They give you a 2-year warranty, but despite buying so many from them, I've never used it. Going to them with a bag full of equipment to sell and leaving with new equipment is priceless, in my opinion; it's so convenient. They have excellent prices, even on new items. In short, since I discovered them, it's become my go-to shop, and I recommend it without hesitation. Walter Ferrari
