Recensione Nikon 300mm f/4.5 ED-IF Usato
Nikon 300mm f/4.5 ED-IF is a fixed focal length lens, with manual focus that allows you to take good quality photos, allowing you to obtain sharp images even in the presence of low light. The optical construction of the lens is made up of 7 seven elements in 6 groups and a 9-blade diaphragm. It is a lens made to last over time, in fact, it has a completely metal structure, a material also used for the retractable lens hood, while the focus ring is made of rubber. Despite the weight, it is a handy and easy to use lens. The focus ring is quite wide and comfortable to hold, with a conventional aperture that moves from f/4.5 to f/32 in clicks of a full F-stop.
the lens actually extends during focusing, doubling in length and allowing you to capture images up to a length of 3.5 metres. It allows you to be used with 72mm screw-in type filters and polarizers, thanks to the lack of rotation of the front element. Features that make it suitable for those who love taking landscape or sports photos.
The lens features ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass which offers high sharpness and excellent color correction, reducing chromatic aberration to a minimum and allowing you to obtain quality images with good contrast. IF (internal focus) allows the lens not to change length while focusing.
The lens features a rotatable and removable tripod collar with a mount that makes it highly stable and helps you take photos in any situation.
