Rce Foto is a network of independent stores operating independently, the items for sale on the site rcefoto.com are used. The website rcefoto.com is a website owned by RCE PD Srl and is made available to individual affiliated stores to facilitate the display and sale to the public of the available items. RCE PD Srl does not guarantee the conformity of the information published on the site by affiliated stores and declines all responsibility for any problems, damages, or risks that users may encounter while using the site. The user who accesses the site and interacts with its functions declares to accept that all matters relating to the use of the information and e-commerce service offered by the site owner are governed by Italian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua. Seller: a private individual or a company that has sold one or more items to an affiliate. Buyer: the customer (natural or legal person) who purchases one or more second-hand goods, sold by the Store. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE RCE FOTO AFFILIATE By using the website rcefoto.com to offer items for sale to the public, the Affiliate declares to fully apply all protocols and provisions contained in the contract in order to guarantee the best possible service to its customers. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BUYER WARRANTY The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the purchased items are second-hand. The RCE Foto Store independently decides to apply and be responsible for the warranty starting from 6 months, as communicated in each announcement on the site rcefoto.com and on portals such as, for example, subito.it. PRICES, PHOTOS, DESCRIPTIONS The sale prices of the products shown on the site are inclusive of VAT and taxes. All photographs and descriptions belong to the actual products for sale. ITEM AVAILABILITY Since the assortment on the site rcefoto.com is linked to what is available in each store, an order request (without commitment) on the site may coincide with a simultaneous purchase in the store: the store therefore reserves the right to confirm the actual availability of the items reserved. Used products are unique and have very specific characteristics: while trying to be as fast as possible in responding to each request, we always give priority to telephone calls. If the order request cannot be processed as requested, the store will promptly inform the Buyer. CANCELLATION AND ORDER CANCELLATION Once the order is placed, we will send an email with the summary and order confirmation. If the order has been placed, paid for, and you still wish to cancel it before shipping, it is necessary to quickly call the store explaining the request and providing contact details. We will refund the amount paid by bank transfer. Refunds for cancellations will be made within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the refund request. SALES TAX ON USED GOODS The margin scheme is the VAT regime applicable to the sale of used goods (the VAT margin scheme provided for by articles 36 and following of the decree law no. 41/1995, converted into law no. 85/1995). The possibility of deducting any taxes depends on the case and, for more details, it is advisable to consult your accountant. PAYMENTS The store will inform, by phone or email, the buyer of the amount of shipping costs and the date by which to make payment before the buyer completes the order by making the payment. Electronic payments can be made via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or financing. Payment is considered made when the amount due has been irrevocably credited to the Store according to the agreed terms. Being unique items, we decline any responsibility in case the buyer makes the payment without waiting for the store's availability notification or after the deadline indicated in the notification. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Returns are not accepted for purchases made at the counter. The Store recognizes the Buyer's right of withdrawal exclusively for purchases made online in accordance with current italian regulations. This right can be exercised by sending a communication by registered letter directly to the Store where the purchase was made within 14 days of receiving the goods. The Product must be returned in its original packaging (if present), complete with all accessories included and in the same exact condition in which it was received. For cameras, only those with the same number of shots declared in the advertisement will be accepted. The integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns of damaged items. Similarly, items damaged by cleaning detergents/additives for screen cleaning, or damaged due to incompetence, will not be accepted. The risks of transport for the return of the Products are entirely at your expense, as well as the costs necessary for the return of the Products subject to withdrawal; it is necessary to fill out the following form and insert it in the package along with a copy of the invoice. The communication must contain the IBAN code on which the customer wishes to receive the credit of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods. In case the Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal, they will proceed, at their own risk and expense, to return the purchased products, if intact and in the conditions in which they were shipped (including packaging) by express courier to the Store's address within 14 days from the exercise of the right or, if later, from the delivery of the already shipped goods; in any case, each Store reserves the right not to accept products that show signs of damage, wear, or contamination not already defined in the product's technical sheet at the time of sale. The Store commits to making the payment within 7 days from the receipt of the registered letter and the intact goods, net of the shipping costs incurred by the Store. Attention: the right of withdrawal is reserved for the private consumer and therefore cannot be exercised if the buyer is subject to VAT and the purchase is made for commercial purposes with a VAT number. Products must be returned intact, in normal conditions, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories, user manuals, and everything originally contained in the package. In case of return or cancellation, only the initial shipping costs will be deducted. EXCHANGE OR SALE In case the operation is an exchange or a sale, customers are asked to describe in detail the conditions of the item being negotiated. If, upon receipt of the goods, the description does not match, a second check will be performed and the customer can accept a different evaluation or return. SHIPPING The store commits to shipping the purchased items within 1 business day of receiving the payment and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the chosen couriers. After receiving the package, always check the integrity and condition of the packaging. In case of damage or tampering, it is possible to accept the delivery "with reservation". Only in this case will the store be responsible for any damages found and caused by transport, limited to the amount paid. All costs for the storage of the goods by the courier, if delivery is impossible due to the unavailability of the recipient, are borne by the buyer. Standard shipping prices are available on the shipping page net of any ongoing promotions. Even in case of promotions, on low-value purchases, the merchant reserves the right to charge a shipping fee. PICKUP IN STORE If the customer indicates direct pickup as the delivery method, this must take place within 7 days from the receipt of payment.
