Recensione Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 8-18mm f/2.8-4 ASPH Usato

Panasonic's Vario-Elmarit 8-18mm Leica DG is a standard wide-angle lens with a profit equivalent to 35mm of 16.36mm. It is designed for cameras in four thirds format and shows off the prestigious name Leica. The quality of the finish is not to be questioned, the lens controls are all very fluid. The front element is collected and the lens moves both inside and outside during the zoom, however, the entire mechanism is completely enclosed inside an envelope. This implies that the actual physical length of the lens does not change. It has a 67mm filter and a bayonet attachment for the chasters and the relative hood has a stop for locking. The manual focus ring is fluid, but since the wide angle zoom has much depth of the field, it is not an easy use option. The autofocus system is quite efficient, so as not to make the need to use manual focus. The focus is silent and the minimum distance is 23 centimeters with a maximum magnifying factor of 0.12x. The zoom ring gives a good feeling to the touch and the various focal lengths are well marked with high quality engravings. More close to the car body there is an AF/MF switch. Electronic support has a protection system that makes it water resistant and the entire lens is proof of dust and splashing water, characteristics that make it ideal for use outside. Coverings with nano technology have been used and the optical group is made up of 15 elements in 10 groups, one of which is aspheric and with extra low dispersion, 3 aspheric, 2 and 1 uhr. The diaphragm consists of 7 lamellae with rounded design.
